01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following capitalised terms shall have the meanings set out below, unless the context otherwise requires:

• "iz777" or "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting website accessible at https://iz777.net, including all sub-pages, features, games, and services offered therein.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered a valid iz777 account or who accesses any part of the iz777 Platform.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered profile created by a Player upon successful completion of the iz777 registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the sum of real-money funds held within a Player's iz777 Account wallet, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, cashback awards, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account as part of an iz777 promotional offer .
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Player must bet Bonus Funds before those funds — or any winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal from the iz777 Platform.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory in which accessing or using the iz777 Platform is prohibited by applicable local law.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process that iz777 is required to conduct on Player Accounts prior to processing withdrawal requests.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the iz777 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you enter into a legally binding agreement with iz777 and confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, together with the iz777 Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules that may be published on the Platform from time to time.

iz777 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via the email address registered to their Account or through a prominent notice on the iz777 Platform. Continued use of the Platform following notification of such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

03 Account Registration

To access real-money games and sports betting markets on iz777, Players must register a valid Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the iz777 Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether in the same name, under different names, or using different device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. iz777 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit any associated balances upon discovery of duplicate Account activity.

3.2 Accurate Information

Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including their full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. iz777 is not liable for any service disruption, loss of funds, or failure to process transactions arising from inaccurate Account information provided by the Player.

3.3 Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their iz777 login credentials, including their username and password. Players must not share Account access with any third party. iz777 will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised Account access arising from a Player's failure to secure their credentials. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to iz777 support at [email protected] immediately.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

iz777 is obligated under its international gaming license to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests. Players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement issued within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa wallet, bank statement)

iz777 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until all KYC documentation has been reviewed and approved. Players who fail to complete the KYC process within thirty (30) days of a withdrawal request may have their Account restricted.

04 Age Restriction & Eligibility

In addition to the age requirement, the following eligibility conditions apply to all Players:

• The Player must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.
• The Player must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of iz777 or any of its affiliated game or software providers.
• The Player must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of their jurisdiction.
• The Player must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion arrangement with iz777 or any affiliated gambling platform.

iz777 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be immediately closed, all Bonus Funds forfeited, and any winnings arising from play by underage users will be voided and withheld. Real-money deposits made by underage users will be returned via the original payment method, less any applicable processing fees, subject to successful identity verification.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

iz777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) exclusively. The following payment methods are currently supported: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and standard bank transfer. iz777 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits made to an iz777 Account must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment method belongs to a person other than the registered Account holder — are strictly prohibited. iz777 may reverse such deposits and suspend the associated Account pending investigation.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's Account must be fully KYC-verified prior to any withdrawal being processed.
• Any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds must satisfy all applicable Wagering Requirements before a withdrawal request will be accepted.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified on the iz777 cashier page at the time of the request.
• iz777 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within two (2) to five (5) business days, subject to payment provider processing times.

5.4 Transaction Fees

iz777 does not charge Players a platform fee for standard deposit or withdrawal transactions. However, individual payment providers — including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank — may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside iz777's control and are the sole responsibility of the Player.

06 Bonus & Promotions

iz777 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spin equivalents, reload bonuses, and cashback offers. The following general conditions apply to all iz777 bonus offers unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus offers are available to Players aged 21 and above who have completed Account registration on the iz777 Platform.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only funds that have met the applicable Wagering Requirement may be transferred to the withdrawable balance.
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the time period specified in the applicable promotion. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that remain in the bonus wallet upon expiry of the promotional period will be forfeited without compensation.
• iz777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Bonuses that have already been credited and are currently subject to active wagering will not be retroactively cancelled without prior notice.
• Abuse of the iz777 bonus system — including but not limited to bonus hunting, use of automated software to fulfil wagering requirements, or coordinated multi-Account bonus exploitation — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

07 Game Rules & Fairness

All casino games available on the iz777 Platform — including slots, live baccarat, live roulette, blackjack, dragon tiger, HRG Live events, and all other titles — are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, through physical game equipment supervised by licensed dealers and monitored by independent auditors.

iz777 works exclusively with licensed and independently audited game providers. Each game's Return to Player (RTP) percentage and volatility rating are available within the game's information panel. iz777 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no technical capacity to alter RNG-certified results on behalf of any Player or the house.

7.1 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction — including but not limited to a server outage, game software error, disconnection during a live dealer round, or display rendering failure — all affected bets will be voided and the wagered amounts returned to the Player's Account Balance. iz777 accepts no liability for any loss of winnings claimed to have resulted from a technical malfunction. The decision of iz777's technical operations team regarding malfunction outcomes is final.

7.2 Sports Betting

All sports betting markets on iz777, including cricket, PSL, and international tournaments, are governed by the specific event rules published at the time of market opening. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement beyond forty-eight (48) hours, or incomplete result, iz777 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the iz777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of Account Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the iz777 Platform or its games in any manner not intended for human Players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players, particularly in live dealer games or sports betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or undocumented features to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploitation of a platform error are void and subject to recovery.
• Money laundering, structuring deposits, or using the iz777 Platform to disguise the proceeds of any illegal activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during Account registration, KYC verification, or any communication with iz777 support.
• Attempting to circumvent Account limits, self-exclusion arrangements, or geographic access restrictions through the use of VPNs, proxy services, or anonymisation tools.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward iz777 staff or other Players via any communication channel.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the iz777 Platform — including but not limited to the iz777 brand name, logo, website design, graphical assets, written content, game interfaces, software architecture, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of iz777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the iz777 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. No Player may reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any iz777 content without prior written authorisation from iz777.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iz777 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with the Player's use of or inability to use the iz777 Platform.

iz777's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their iz777 Account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Responsible Gaming

iz777 is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment for all Players. In fulfilment of this commitment and in compliance with the obligations under iz777's international gaming license, the following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a forty-eight (48) hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session duration reminders and automatic logout timers via their Account settings.
• Cool-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of between twenty-four (24) hours and six (6) weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the iz777 Platform may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within twenty-four (24) hours. Once a permanent self-exclusion is in place, it cannot be reversed for a minimum of six (6) months.

12 Privacy & Data

iz777's collection, storage, and use of Player personal data is governed by the iz777 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms, Players also accept the Privacy Policy in its current form.

iz777 collects personal data that is strictly necessary for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. iz777 will never sell Player personal data to third-party commercial entities. Data may be shared with licensed KYC verification partners, payment processors, and regulatory authorities solely to the extent required to fulfil the above purposes.

13 Amendments

iz777 reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantially alter Player rights or obligations — iz777 will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice via the email address registered to each affected Player's Account and/or via a prominently displayed notice on the iz777 Platform.

Non-material amendments, such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning of any clause, or updates to reflect regulatory guidance, may be implemented immediately without prior notice. The date of last review displayed at the top of this page will be updated to reflect all amendments, whether material or non-material.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which iz777 holds its international gaming license.

Players acknowledge that the legality of online gambling varies across different jurisdictions. It is each Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the iz777 Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence before registering an Account or placing any wager.
